Gratiot Lake Preserve
The Gratiot Lake Preserve is a 307 acre wooded parcel that includes wetlands, the outlet of the lake at the Little Gratiot River, and over 10,000 feet of shoreline carying from sand to cobblestone.
To get there from US-41, follow US-41 about 17 miles North of Calumet, turn South (right) at Central onto Gratiot Lake Road. Follow Gratiot Lake Road approximentally 4.6 miles to Gratiot Lake and turn right onto Iron Gate Road. Follow Iron Gate Road around to the Southside of the lake. Stay on the main road do not take any forks. After approximentally 4.8 miles turn left onto Conservancy Road.
