Gratiot River County Park
Gratiot River County Park, owned by Keweenaw County, encompasses 222 acres and 8.489 feet of Lake Superior shoreline, plus 1/2 mile of the Gratiot River. The park is open daily with no fee. Fires are permitted on contained areas and rustic camping is permitted in designated sites with quiet hours from 1 hour after sunset to 1 hour after sunrise. Please pack out what you pack in. Hunting and fishing are permitted.

Lake Fanny Hooe Resort & Campground

Hancock Recreational Boating & Camping Facility
Enjoy camping on one of the UP's finest campgrounds with 70 campsites to choose from - 52 RV sites and 18 tent sites. Restrooms, showers, phones and a laundry at the campground. The Recreation Area also offers boating, swimming, fishing and picnicking.

24 paved RV sites on Portage Lake, close to downtown Houghton, just 1/2 mile west of the Portage Lake Lift Bridge. Water, electric, sewer, cable TV, covered patio w/picnic table, BBQ grill, fire ring. Internet friendly. Concession stand, public phones, boat launch, sandy beach. Chutes & ladders play area. Security patrolled.
