	Portage Lake Golf Course Address: 46789 US Highway 41 North, Houghton, MI 49931 Phone: 906-487-2641, Fax 906-487-3334 When: Open May to October. The 18 hole Portage Lake Golf Course was established in 1903. One of the oldest courses in the state, it was transferred to Michigan Tech University in 1945.
