The opening reception and gallery talk for the "Dignity" exhibit by Denise Vandeville will be held on Thursday, February 4 from 6 to 8 pm at the Copper Country Community Arts Center at 126 Quincy Street in Hancock. The exhibit, an installation in clay, metal, wood and rock, will run through February 27.Denise Vandeville received her Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Finlandia University. She was invited to Oxford University, England, in July 2008, to present her resarch on fractal geometry and aesthetic preference.
