On Saturday, February 6 at 9 pm, the Rozsa Center on US-41 in Houghton is proud to present the international sensation - comedian John Oliver in our annual Winter Carnival celebration! John has been a writer and correspondent on Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart since 2006. As a result of his huge success on The Daily Show, for which John received an Emmy Award and has been nominated for a Writer's Guild Award, John was asked to write and star in his own one hour stand up special for Comedy Central. Entitled Terrifying Times, this premiered in April 2008 and was subsequently released on DVD.
