The Carl Olson Memorial Adventure Run and Fitness Walk starts at the Chassell Community Center off US-41 in Chassell and is run on the Chassell Classic Ski Trails which wind through mixed forest and open fields. The terrain is varied with no road crossings; the tread consists of dirt and field grass with areas of exposed roots and rocks. This family friendly event includes 5 & 8k adventure runs, a 5k fitness walk and a 2k youth run. T-shirts, awards and refreshments are available. The event is run by the Copper Country Ski Tigers to benefit the Middle School and High School Racing Program. Registration forms are available on the website.
