The Bridgefest Celebration, always held on Father's Day weekend, takes place at various locations throughout Houghton and Hancock. Friday's events include the parade at 7 pm, a kids fair, arts & crafts, live music and the Houghton Rotary Seafood Fest. Saturday begins with the children's shore fishing derby at 7 am and includes arts & crafts, volleyball, the family olympics, the rubber ducky derby, an antique car & motorcycle show, live music, the Houghton Rotary Seafood Fest, a lighted boat parade and the fireworks extravaganza at 10:45 pm. Sunday's events include the human powered boat races, jet ski races, a triathlon and the Fathers Day dinner. A complete list of events will be available on the website.
