As a part of the Smithsonian Institution's "Key Ingredients: America By Food" exhibit, the Friends of Fashion will present a vintage fashion show, "The Great American Picnic" at the Chassell Heritage Center at 2 pm on Saturday, July 7.What is an American picnic? One could say this it is a celebration of the human spirit, culinary diversity, and adventure. The American public has always had a love and fascination for picnics.
