Located on Owl Creek, on the south side of the Eagle Harbor cut-off road between US-41 and Eagle Harbor. Approximately 3 miles south of Eagle Harbor, take the second trail road to the left just past Owl Creek 1/2 mile to its end. The falls are about 30 feet directly in front of the trail road at its end.Copper Creek, nestled in the deep woods, falls over a 7 foot high shelf of rock with a decades-old log dam at the top. The creek is said to have passed directly through the Copper Falls mine.
These falls are definitely best viewed during spring run-off, as you can see by this summer photo.
