The Eagle Harbor Environs encompass the Eagle Harbor Red Pines & Cy Clark Memorial Nature Sanctuaries. The approximately 8 mile trail (there are several loop options) begins .85 miles west of the historic Eagle Harbor Store on the south side of M-26. Trail is easy to moderate with flat rolling terrain. Parts of the trail are on private property.
Features include Long Lake, dunes, marsh areas and surrounding bluffs.The trail is in a Michigan Nature Association Sanctuary. Please, no pets, no mechanized vehicles, no fires, no camping & carry out everything you carry in.
